Delivery & Transportation Policy

This Delivery & Transportation Policy applies to all services provided by Sai Gon River Star Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (“Sai Gon River Star”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) to clients and guests who purchase or use our services.

1. Scope of Delivery & Transportation

Sai Gon River Star provides transportation and transfer services as part of selected tour and cruise packages.
As a service-based provider, we do not deliver physical goods. All “delivery” under this policy refers to the provision of transportation services and guest transfers associated with our tours.

2. Transportation Services Provided

Depending on the confirmed booking, transportation services may include:

  • Pick-up and drop-off services within designated areas
  • Transfers by canoe, speed boat, or other watercraft
  • Transportation between meeting points, attractions, and cruise locations
  • Return transportation upon completion of the service

Specific transportation details (time, location, vehicle type) will be stated in the official booking confirmation.

3. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Conditions

  • Pick-up and drop-off services are available only within approved areas as announced by Sai Gon River Star.
  • Pick-up times are fixed and communicated in advance. Guests are required to be present on time at the designated meeting point.
  • Late arrival may result in missed transportation and will be treated as a no-show, with no refund applicable.

Sai Gon River Star reserves the right to adjust pick-up or drop-off locations and timing due to traffic conditions, weather, or operational requirements.

4. Delivery Time of Services

  • Transportation services are delivered on the scheduled service date and time as confirmed.
  • Estimated departure and return times are provided for reference and may vary due to weather, traffic, or safety conditions.

Sai Gon River Star shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond reasonable control.

5. Changes & Service Adjustments

Sai Gon River Star reserves the right to adjust transportation arrangements in the following cases:

  • Weather conditions affecting safety
  • Force majeure events
  • Government regulations or traffic restrictions
  • Operational or technical requirements

Any changes will be communicated to clients as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients and guests are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate pick-up location and contact details
  • Being present at the designated time and place
  • Following safety instructions during transportation

Sai Gon River Star shall not be responsible for service disruption caused by incorrect information provided by clients.

7. Force Majeure & Transportation Interruptions

In the event of force majeure (including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, or other unforeseeable events), transportation services may be delayed, adjusted, or canceled.

Sai Gon River Star will make reasonable efforts to support clients but shall not be liable for losses arising from such events.

8. Policy Updates

Sai Gon River Star reserves the right to amend this Delivery & Transportation Policy at any time.
Any updates will be published on our official website and take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
