Payment & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by Sai Gon River Star Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (“Sai Gon River Star”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing a booking, clients agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Payment Terms & Deadlines

1.1 Full Payment Requirement
  • Full payment is required for all bookings.
  • Deposits are not accepted, unless specific credit facilities have been approved in advance and confirmed in writing by Sai Gon River Star.
1.2 Payment Deadline
  • Full payment must be completed no later than 03 days prior to the check-in date.
  • Bookings will not be accepted, confirmed, or honored if full payment is not received before check-in.
  • Failure to complete payment by this deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
1.3 Booking Confirmation
  • A booking is considered confirmed only after Sai Gon River Star has received full payment and issued an official confirmation email to the booker.
  • Payment alone does not constitute confirmation, and guests will not be permitted to check in without an official confirmation.
1.4 Accepted Payment Securities (If Applicable)

Where credit facilities are approved in writing, full payment must be secured by one of the following:

  • Bank Guarantee
  • Floating Deposit
  • Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
  • Other forms of security expressly accepted by Sai Gon River Star

2. Payment Information

All payments must be made via bank transfer to the following account:

All bank charges, transfer fees, or intermediary fees must be borne by the sender.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 General Conditions
  • Any change, reduction, or adjustment to a confirmed booking will be treated as a cancellation, and a new booking may be required.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and are only valid once confirmed in writing by Sai Gon River Star.
3.2 Cancellation Charges

Cancellation fees are applied per cancelled guest, calculated based on the number of days prior to check-in, as follows:

FIT (1–5 Guests)
  • More than 60 days prior to check-in: No charge
  • 15–30 days prior to check-in: No charge
  • 10–15 days prior to check-in: 25% of each cancelled guest
  • 5–10 days prior to check-in: 50% of each cancelled guest
  • 3–5 days prior to check-in: 70% of each cancelled guest
  • Less than 2 days prior to check-in or no-show: 100% of each cancelled guest
GIT (6 Guests & Above)
  • More than 60 days prior to check-in: No charge
  • 15–30 days prior to check-in: 10% of each cancelled guest
  • 10–15 days prior to check-in: 50% of each cancelled guest
  • 5–10 days prior to check-in: 80% of each cancelled guest
  • 3–5 days prior to check-in or no-show: 100% of each cancelled guest
  • Less than 2 days prior to check-in or no-show: 100% of each cancelled guest
Charter Services
  • 45–60 days prior to check-in: 25% of total amount
  • 30–45 days prior to check-in: 50% of total amount
  • 10 days or fewer prior to check-in: 100% of total amount

4. No-Show Policy

  • Guests who fail to arrive without prior written cancellation will be considered no-shows.
  • 100% of the service value will be charged, and no refunds will be issued.

5. Final Provisions

  • Cancellation charges apply regardless of whether guests actually use the service.
  • Sai Gon River Star reserves the right to interpret and enforce this policy in accordance with Vietnamese law.
  • This policy is subject to change and will take effect immediately upon publication on our official website.
