Payment & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by Sai Gon River Star Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (“Sai Gon River Star”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing a booking, clients agree to the terms outlined below.

Full payment (100%) is required no later than 3 days before the departure date.

Only online payment and bank transfer are accepted.

3. Cancellation Policy

04 days or more prior to departure: Free of charge.

Less than 04 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation charge.

No-show: 100% cancellation charge.
