These Service Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Sai Gon River Star Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (“Sai Gon River Star”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking or participating in our services, clients and guests agree to the following terms.

Sai Gon River Star reserves the right to refuse service in the following cases:
If authorities impose fines or penalties due to failure to provide required guest information on time, the client shall bear full responsibility for such fines.
Sai Gon River Star reserves the right to cancel booked services due to these errors, and full service charges will still apply.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Late arrivals or missed departures are treated as no-shows and are subject to applicable charges.
Sai Gon River Star will provide services exactly as confirmed in the official booking confirmation.
Any unconfirmed changes or adjustments may result in additional charges or cancellation.
All cruises are covered by Public and Product Liability Insurance arranged through certified insurers, in accordance with international standards.
A summary of insurance coverage is available upon request.
Service rates may be adjusted in the event of:
All contracted rates, commercial terms, and related information are strictly confidential and may not be disclosed, published, or shared without prior written consent.
Sai Gon River Star reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of a confidentiality breach.
In the event of an Act of God or other unforeseeable events beyond reasonable control, the affected party shall be released from its obligations without compensation.
Events such as war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorism, earthquakes, volcanoes, storms, floods, fires, explosions, epidemics, strikes, industrial disturbances, blockades, port congestion, energy or economic crises, shortages of raw materials, or changes in government policies or laws.
The affected party must notify the other party in writing within five (05) working days from the commencement of the event.
Obligations may be suspended for up to fifteen (15) days from the date of the force majeure event.
If the force majeure event lasts more than thirty (30) days, both parties will meet to negotiate and attempt to reach a reasonable solution appropriate to the circumstances.
Sai Gon River Star shall not be responsible for failure to provide cruise services, accommodation, transportation, meals, or other agreed services due to force majeure events, but will make reasonable efforts to support clients where possible.
In the event that cruise operations are affected by bad weather, Sai Gon River Star reserves the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the cruise schedule.
Any applicable surcharges will be applied in accordance with company policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
If disputes cannot be resolved amicably, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of Vietnam, in accordance with Vietnamese law and the Enterprise Law in effect at the time of booking.
